NU CSA2 FAQs on Ground

A Nu set of CSA2 FAQs in text file format are now available 
from the following urls.

I found them to be very through and helpful in content,
style and file format. Both current and historical info
is presented within them.

I hope the readers also find them of value. A lot of
collective time, work and effort went into them all. They
are noted as not restricted and as being available for
free distribution. :)
