Tass Times in Tone Town?

Does anyone remember this game? It came on 3.5" disk and was made for the
IIGS. I have it, and after all these years, I am still stumped by it. I
have found a lot after all these years, and nobody else has ever heard of
it. I don't recall who made or distributed this game, but it involved some
investigating with a dog, named Ennio. If you have any information on
