Yes, but it didn't have support for anything else--specifically, BASIC itself
 was not supported well.  It was so buggy that most people seemed to gravitate
 to AC BASIC or Micol BASIC rather quickly. They had their own problems, but of
 the group, TML BASIC seemed to be the clear looser.

TML BASIC was sold to another "company" that soon folded. I don't know who has
 the copyright, but the product isn't commercially available. I don't remember
 seeing anything about the other two companies, and they may still be around
 and might still sell you a copy if you can find them.
