This is a fairly diverse collection of errors. The 0C000002 error
is a RAM address bomb; 0B030000 is an interrupt bomb; and the 06 ....
codes are serial controller bombs. (I have no listing for an 06090000
code. Is this a ROM-03 GS?)

Such a wide spread of errors is often associated with power
problems. If your GS has some power-sucking boards plugged in, the power
at the motherboard may be low and glitchy.

Of course, there are any number of possibilities including a
microprocessor, RAM, or ROM IC making poor socket contact. Try
scootching-up and resocketing these IC's.

Or you may have a defective Slot card (or one making poor
connections with Slot contacts), a partially shorted joystick, or a
speaker wire jammed against a component by an incorrectly installed
front panel piece. Or, one or more cables may be just partially
connected or have bent pins or have shorted lines.

A Very 'noisy', glitchy AC power line is another candidate.

There are several pieces of information which might help someone
reading your message to suggest a fix ...

What kind of GS (ROM#) is this?

Which Slot cards are installed? In particular, is
       a modified accelerator board, a PC-Transporter,
or a Second Sight board plugged in?

Has this GS ever worked? If it has, what changes,
additions, etc. were made before it began to bomb?

Does the GS pass or fail the self-test when all Slot
       boards are removed?

Where did you get this GS?

Has this GS ever been plugged in during a close
lightning strike? Has it ever been dropped or had
Coke, etc. spilled on it? ...
