I would go with Alltech's Sirus RAM (http://www.allelec.com/)
because you can get it 2MB equipped for $65 and then pump it up to
4MB for a couple of dollars with 1MB SIMMs (and even DMA compatible up
to a full 8MB with the _rev. D_ RamFAST cards [rev. C and Apple HS
will need DMA turned off at 8MB]).

The size is not a problem, btw: you can just remove your GS lid's
shielding.  This tends to stabilize Zip GS accelerators, as a bonus!
