I find it just as tiresome that you don't bother to ask things first,
but constantly assume wrong information.  FYI:  Matt shared personal
email with me stating that he works for a company that does work for
Microsoft.  THAT's where that comes from.  And furthermore, Microsoft in
its business tactics is getting *more and more* like the IBM of old
(early 1980s).  And I'm not the only one who thinks or believes this.
See R. Cringely's PBS column of this week entitled "Microsoft is
Guilty..." (www.pbs.org/cringely/)  And I'm NOT in favor of the deal
Microsoft made with Apple--and *never was* in favor of it.  And I will
continue to have my computer systems Microsoft-free.  So I hope that
answers your questions on that.

A P.S. on the above paragraph before I get blasted to smithereens for
innacuracies:  when your friend Matt made this original post, no, he did
not mention *whose* OS he was talking about--although it was a pretty
safe bet he was talking about Microsoft.  So I then proceeded to write
him and I did mention that I assumed it was MS he was talking about.
Well, guess what--he never said it was MS and he never said it wasn't.
Every time I asked him who it was, he'd never say.  So, draw your own
conclusions from that.
