Agreed - this has been at the back of my mind all along. Trouble is I 
don't have a friend with a Mac. And I'm not just talking about a few pix 
- my wish is to convert -all- my old slides to printed photos and to 
computer graphics simultaneously. I haven't counted but there may be as 
many as 1000.

I guess the only thing I can do is hope to win the lottery so I can buy a 
Mac of my own :)
