Mark, there is a 'prodos user's disk' and a 'system 4.0 (I think it's 4.0)
disk.  Both might be available at http://www.info.apple.com.  I know they
are available on Genie and Delphi, and might be on other II sites (like
http://www.umich.edu/~archive/apple2)
