Just uploaded to ground is a simple utility called stoppref.shk.

What it does is to work with Brian Wells' Password v2.0 program to
prevent Guest users from changing preferences.  Useful if you want
to hide info on the hard drive in invisible folders.  School comp
admins may find this useful.

stoppref.shk is still being enhanced, beyond its really simplistic
design right now...  Suggestions are welcome on further improving 
security on the //gs in multiuser environments (such as school labs).

Also, on the "This is interesting, but really useless" front, if
you look in the System:Tools directory, Tool035 is the only tool
whose page corner is turned on the upper right.  All the other
tools have their page corner turned on the upper left...
