MOD files

I have some MOD music files from my Apple //gs ROM01.  They load up fine in
NoiseTracker GS but when I transfer them to my PC and try to load them up in
Scream Tracker 3.01 it says "Unrecognized Format."  Does anyone know what to
do with them?  Please, please help!

(Note: the files are from a disk called NTV17 I had a while back.  They claim
 to have "3-Dimensional sound" but require a stereo card, which I never had. 
 That is why I am trying to run them on my PC.)
