Monitor /// adjustment for 80 cols?

I recently bought and installed an 80-col card in my Apple ][+. The card
seem to work just fine, but when it is running, the bottom line of the
screen (where the cursor eventually ends up) is below the plastic frame of
the screen where I can't see it.

Can the Monitor /// be adjusted for the size of the display? Or is it just
not the right monitor to be using with an 80-col card?

BTW, this newsgroup rocks.
