   Yes, Sequential Systems' (www.sequential.com) SecondSight card does
a fair to middling job (raw text it does best; graphical modes can be
much more spotty) of emulating the GS's video modes and and allowing
you to view it on a vga monitor. For the price of it, though, you
could get a real GS monitor and get better (real, not subpar emulated)
video quality.
