MAC IICX -problems

Hi!

I just got a used Macintosh II CX, but I have one problem: when I
shut down the system, it won't allways restart from the start-button.
Sometimes I have to wait for 15 minutes or something until it does
restart. Someone said that this is a typical fault for these machines.
Is there anything one can do to make the machine restart immediately
when the startbutton doesn't work?
