Joko posted his comments and denial on it all, as expected -- with his standard
 threat of legal action and notice of his standard filed complaint with the
 local police - closing with this hard warning to me:

 "Don't try to engage me in a discussion or argument, Turley, because I have
 nothing further to say to you outside of a court of law. Plus, I have much
 more important things to do with my time than waste it on someone as
 despicable as you."

To which I reply:

Ditto Joe! 

I've already got a  fairly good list of names for libel and slander civil court
 actions in progress.  Adding your name to the list (which is currently not on
 it) would be no real effort to do.

Shall I institute the law suit or would you like to take that honor.  
 Oviously, one or both of us will be presenting it all and 'Telling It Like It
 Is' in the near future before a civil court hearing over all matters related
 to the public over the past few years now. I really don't see any alternative
 now.

As far as any criminal complaint is concerned - I had a nice long and rather
 amusing telcon with the San Rafael, CA.  Police Officer in charge of your
 complaint and he made it very clear in that conversation that the matters you
 filed a police report over were not criminal but rather were civil matters and
 needed to be settled in a civil legal proceeding.

Surely you must realize now that such criminal charges and/or even a public
 threat of same against me,  would result in additional civil actions against
 you for doing such. I can assure you and everybody else - I have all the
 evidence needed to present a very sound and solid civil legal action against
 Joe Kohn, if he wants it, I'm more than willing to institute it, promptly -at
 this point.  Same goes for anybody else that makes any form of libel or
 slander comment, statement, etc. against me in public or private. 

This newsgroup is not the place to discuss or settle anything related to any
 issues with any of these matters now.  Only a court of law can be the proper
 place to present the case for trial at this point.

I strongly suggest no others post anything of any sort that libels or slanders
 me in any manner - in public from this newsgroup or from their web sites
 and/or online services, including any form of private email campaign with such
 content, efforts of restrictions using me as the reason for same, denials of
 software reg., service, etc.  If you do so, I will take full civil legal
 action promptly for all those that do and are involved with such efforts.

Your call Joe...and all others also who might be so inclined to push me any more with anything.
