Now for the printer . . .

My Apple //e has a Grappler/Pro parallel printer card.  It works 
pretty well, but it would be nice to figure out what the bank of dip 
switches are for -- perhaps to resolve the two quirks it does have 
(namely, printing a "2" on the top of each page and leaving the 
printer "waiting" for more data).

So does anybody know what those six switches on the Grappler/Pro are 
supposed to do?
