First, this newsgroup is for Apple II computers, not Macs. You'll get more
help posting to an appropriate comp.sys.mac.* newsgroup.

Second, Sim City Classic is kind of old. You know, like, it came out a long
time before PowerMacs. In fact, it came out so long ago that 16 colors was
often used in games because a) it was faster and b) a lot of Macs didn't
have 256 color cards. As far as I know there is no way to run this game on
your PowerMac.

I don't think you can blame Maxis for not knowing that a Mac 10 years down
the line wouldn't have 16 color mode. I suggest you get Sim City 2000
(yes, I know you'll have to pay another $10) and play that.
