They are located in Sacramento Area. They sell apple II and other stuff.
I made a deal with software and more.
I was to bring a bunch of stuff to their store, and they would trade me
stuff for it.
I brought a longbed chevy 4X4 _packed_ with apple II stuff.
The lady who works at software and more told me to unload it. I did
I picked out a bunch of stuff from their store that I _knew_ was a fair
trade.
The lady would only let me take 4 items from her store!
I said why, she told me she wanted to look through what I gave her.
I took the 4 items home. They were broken, had missing parts and
software.
I was told some of the stuff was new, but software and more had taken
items out of the package, and repackaged and shrinkwrapped as new.
I called software and more, and politely said I did not want to do the
trade if the stuff was broken. I said I wanted to exchange the 4 items.
She said "FUCK YOU, all the stuff is ours!"
Note that I never raised my voice to her, cussed, or acted rude or
disrespectful toward her.
So I went to her store, and said that I wanted my stuff back.
She once again started to cuss at me, and told me to get the fu*k out of
her store. I _never_ cussed at these people, I never raised my voice, I
was never disrespectful.
She said "the stuff is ours. Get the he*l out.
She told me the stuff that I gave her was all broken.
I thought that it was funny, because specific items that she said were
broken were for sale in her shop with tags that said "tested, working"
Anyway, bottom line is:
I brought truck load of stuff to their store (Checking around
csa2.marketplace, i found that:
the stuff was worth in excess of ___$1500___ (this would be the good
deals on csa2.marketplace)
$1500 for 4 items that did not work!!!!!
They ripped me off, and they ripped me off bad.
They have bad problems with customer relations, and stealing.
The like to cuss and scream in you ears.
People like this are a detriment to the Apple II community.

Anyone who purchases wares advertised on csa2 and its sub-groups is
certain to view the above as a very disturbing complaint. Evidently, some
unfortunate mistakes were made by a person at your shop. Perhaps it would
be best to take back your items and return the customer's items.
