sciibin ms-dos available

for all those apple emulator freaks using PC's, i've worked out the bugs in
the publicly available source code to sciibin, and have compiled it for
MS-DOS.  if you are having trouble decoding binSCII .bsc or .bsq files and
you would like a copy of the executable (13k), just e-mail me.  with
sciibin and NULIB you can make fully working images for the emulators.
