I just attempted to upload MUG! (the long awaited NDA version of Peter
Watson's MS-DOS Utils) to the Sept97 upload directory on Ground, but
received a "Permission denied" error message.
Why?
Or maybe a better question is...where should new uploads to Ground go?
In the meanwhile, I'll try caltech.
