I've just gotten an apple IIc+. When I try to boot it today it makes a short sound like it's trying to boot for a fraction of a second and goes quite. The disk never actually seems to spin. Holding down either the control key, option key, reset key, apple key, and escape key individually or in every possible combination while turning on the computer fails to initiate a self test. Any ideas? Ray
