free software for the apple ii?

I will be helping a school set up some iic's for a computer lab.
I'm sure they'll ask me where they can get some software to run on
these things, and they also have no money.

Is there any free educational software that I might be able to provide
for them?  (ie: not the "free" copyrighted software you can find on the
net)  

Any pointers to such software, or sites where I could find it would be
greatly appreciated.
