And the ironic part is, you don't need any of that special configuration
information. The marinetti.bxy link on Richard's page is an "http:" link.
The special configuration stuff is only needed for "ftp:" links.
Basically, the configuration stuff is there to tell the browser that it
needs to FTP Apple II files in binary mode (the default ASCII mode is
guaranteed to corrupt Apple II files). But HTTP transfers are by
definition always binary, so setting the right mode isn't an issue.
