To specify a different drive by location, tack on a ",Sx,Dy" to the
catalog command. 5.25" drives are usually in Slot 6, Drives 1 & 2, so
try "CATALOG,S6,D1". The slot/drive selection will tend to stick until
you change it back to your 3.5" drives, those tend to be in slot 5
drives 1 & 2. [Well, GS ramdisks can mess that up, pushing a drive
to slot 3 D2.]
