Don't you mean the AST "Vision Plus" and the Virtual Realities
"Visionary GS"? The name "Vision Plus Enhanced" was given to the
card when Alltech took over the manufacturing rights, and that is
still available.

Strange than that Alltech should call it to Vision Plus Enhanced
card if it lacks it. Unless there has been a change in the last year
or two I've been unaware of.

My understanding was the Allison software was never completed,
it remained vapourware for all versions of the card. The author
was lurking comp.sys.apple2 about 2 years back, you may be able
to find what he had to say looking in Dejanews (I just vagely
remember him being sour about the project).

Wrong. That is the _original_ AST Vision Plus board that had that
glitch. The Visionary GS and Vision Plus Enhanced fixed that problem
long ago (and as Alltech basically sells the Visionary GS under a new
name, it is the same piece of hardware. The "Enhanced" name was just
given so it wouldn't be confused with the original board). There may
have been some minor changes in firmware since it was the Visionary,
but I wouldn't know.
