card and box

I was given a bunch of old apple stuff and was wondering
about two things.
1) A small card that one end plugs into the gameport of a II or 
IIe one side says QUARK and has a connector with male pins,
the other side has a female connector and says ALF.

2) This is a Black 7x9 Black cardboard box about 3" deep
with a lot of the word apple on it.  Does anyone
know what came it the box?

There was also a Corvus system card that may have come from
an Apple III since there also was a bunch of manuals for
the III that covered using Corvus drives.
