How should I fill my new //e?

I recently got a cheap //e (enhanced with built-in keypad) with a color
monitor. My old computer was a //c, so I'm not that familiar with expantion
slots and such. Anyway, I've opened it up and it's empty apart from the 80
column/64k card and the disk drive card. Any ideas on what I should get to
fill this thing? A mockingboard so I can play Ultima V would be nice, but
apart from that I want toys :)
Oh, and any ideas on how to turn disk images from the net on my mac into
something useable would be appreciated. I have a //gs coming in the mail
that should be a help ^_^
