better strategies. For example, if IBM wants to sell an OS, then, IBM 
should offer a high-performance non-PC home machine at a reasonable price.

offer a much better OS at dirt-cheap prices. ...

     When you dominate a market, you get to set standards. That's 'the 
biz'. Competitors who find this difficult to deal with will need to reduce 
Microsoft's domination of the PC market or create a new market centered 
around a new machine.
