The HP line of Deskjet printers work great with an Apple II and
parallel interface board. You can punch in the interface codes to make
Appleworks Classic print to them (or by AW3 or 4, it was
builtin). Good quality output and it works great with ProDOS 8 stuff
and the //e in general, unlike inkjets with the fruity logo on front.
Some newer Deskjets are labeled as Windoze95-only, but those are kinda
rare, and should be avoided as unsuitable.
