Schools sometimes unload them.  Comp.sys.mac is also a good place to look
(but don't tell them you want to connect it to an Apple II).  Mac folks
are not stupid, but for some reason they think lowly of the II.  They
think the best that it can do is an ImageWriter II.

I'll tell you for a fact that you can generate Postscript quality output
from Publish-It!, Springboard Publisher, GEOS, and with some programming
even AppleWriter II.  Publish-It! even supports page layout with EPS
graphics.
