I think the program your thinking of is SideSpread but I'm not sure
because I really don't have much experience with AppleWorks spread
sheets.  Do you have AppleWorks 3.0 with Timeout Applications?  This is
where you can find the program.  If you want it, I really don't know
where you can find it and I can't send it through the internet because
my Apple //c isn't connected to the internet and I don't know how to
connect it to my PC.  I could do something with snail mail though.
