And when you drive 56 in a 55 zone, you are a criminal. Although "speeding" in 
california is a minor offense, it is still considered a misdemeanor. I guess 
that means you are a criminal.

Fine, I am a thief. I admit it. But I have one question for you... When I 
download stuff off of asimov, "Who am I hurting??"....

I see ALOT wrong with the distribution of COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE software. 
Non-shareware/freeware (ie- copyrighted) software that is no longer available 
through NORMAL commercial channels (not some half-witted software dealer in 
pokanoe nebraska who sells aztec for $150.00 because it is a "collectors 
item") should be free game for all denizens of the Apple II community. 

There will be NO apple II community if you limit all available software you 
can get to only the stuff in historical catalogs. People wont use a computer 
if there is no software. And there isn't a whole lot of software out there 
that you can get locally. That is fact. If there was no asimov, there would be 
no apple II community.

Same here. Every program that I use, I paid for. This includes compilers, 
compression utilities, operating systems, code editors, games, utilities etc 
etc etc. In fact, my entire network at home (4 pc's and 1 mac) all run 
licensed versions of software. Each NT PC has an individual license. And 
the mac I purchased used, so I don't have the certificate. But I have the 
original disks.
