    Did you purchase it new recently? I recall hearing that Sequential
Systems could do some sort of modification to the Revision 'D' board
so it could function inside an Apple IIe. I think it would draw more
power overall than the regular card. They were selling it under the
name "RamFAST IIe", not sure if they still are.

    That's right, the majority of Revision 'D' cards will just plain 
not work in an Apple IIe (with the noted exception above of course).
The Revision 'C' works fine, but these haven't been made in years 
and are kind of rare to find used these days.

    I tried two 'D' boards in my Enhanced IIe, it just kept crashing
as soon as I switched on main power and reported some random error.
