A purely-unobtainable Apple SuperDrive controller, or a Laser "UDC" (Universal Disk Controller). There were two versions of this card. The long one with discrete 74LS logic may require an EPROM change to support an Apple 3.5" drive. The short card (large square ASIC in the middle) should support it out of the box.
