Can you hook up a IIgs Rgb Monitor to a Mac Lc?

I know you can, But can you do it so it actually works?

My Monitor is an AppleColor RGB Monitor.

What can you Do with an LC?  Does it run current Software?

What is its speed?

What is it worth.
