Any Apple II is capable of 19.2K transfers to and from a PC over a serial
line. I do it all the time. All you need is a serial line that can connect
a PC COM port to an Apple serial port. I've done them on a IIe via Super
Serial Card and on a GS via Modem port. Any decent telecom software will
handle this easily.
