HELP! SSM ASIO Card! Jumpers and such!

Exactly as it says...

I have a PC and a ][e....The PC runs ascii express and Proterm <in an Apple
emulator> fine and both programs talk to my modem fine...so, the PC end is
fine...

On the IIe side however, I have a SSM Microcomputer Products ASIO card...it
has two things to hook the serial cable thingy to, one marked TERMINAL, and
the other marked MODEM...It has speed jumpers <up to 4800, and one marked
EXT and another TTY>  plus tweo or three other little jumpers...I really
want to be able to transfer stuff too and from my PC in Emulator mode. Does
anyone know enough about this card to help me out?
