Neuromancer Help...

I've recenetly started into neuromancer again, and have burned hours of
time on it and seemed to have gotten no where.  I have almost no money, no
cyberspace deck, and don't know where to go.
  Is there a cheat/help file anywhere out there?
  Or does anyone have some friendly advice?
