Seeing that new 1MB cards for the //e aren't that pricey anymore,
I'd guess maybe $20-50 depending mostly on buyer and condition of the
card.

Nope. //e series only in the 'Aux' (video/memory) expansion slot.

like. James Sanford's salad-httpd is the only known web server running
on a GS, though that requires GS/TCP (beta testers only) and the like.
