As noted in section 7.1 of the csa2 FAQ at
http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html start lynx with the
'-show_cursor' option on the command line. (I believe that option's a
toggle; if given twice or that's on by default, it won't do that) Also
check the version of lynx ("lynx -version"); 2.7.1 is the latest
version. Point your sysadmins to lynx.browser.org to grab the latest
version if it's seriously outdated (<v2.6)
