Actually you'll notice that the sprayed on finish on ][s, ][ pluses, and
early //e's doesn't discolor. Just the solid plastic on IIIs, //e's, //c's
and IIgses. And most Macs of course. But the sprayed on finish chips off,
and that looks pretty crappy too.

I still say discolored is preferable to painted myself.
