It's the same card - Apple simply sold a slightly different card in the end, but if you look at the manual cover you can see where the "Apple Computer" is a sticker - placed over where it said "VIDEO-7" in the square italic style logo. All that stuff was done by Walt Broedner and marketed by Video 7 mostly, except the AppleColor 100 card and monitor.
