There may be such a cable; but, it is likely to be a specialty item.
For one thing, having to connect to the rear sockets of both the GS and
PC for what is, normally, a temporary setup would be an inconvenience.
For another, there are better, cheaper, commonly available cables.
The usual way to go from GS mini-DIN to PC DB9 via NULL modem is to
connect modem cables-- i.e. cables ending in 25-pin modem plugs-- coming
from each machine to a NULL modem connector (like the one available from
Radio Shack for a few dollars).
