Where can I get Artificial Intelligence Info for apple II (disks, books, ELIZA)?

I know that there were a bunch of them written.

There is a very old AI program called ELIZA that I would like to get a 
copy of.

Any info, such as book titles, book stores where you can get them, mail 
order places where you can get them,  you have them and want to sell them 
or trade them to me for something.

P.s. I already know about AI programs and book in AVsystems catalog.  How 
is the book?  and the programs?
