Lego once made a kit for combining Lego elements with home computers. I believe
these kits existed for C-64 (?), Apple II and PCs. I have never seen one but
this is the only thing that makes sense to me.

The IWM hardware is limited to 2 drives of each sort. I guess you could connect
more by adding controller cards, but that built-in thing is limited to 2 3.5"
drives and 2 5.25" drives.
