Finding ProDOS 8

Hi,
  I just picked up a //e and am trying to find two things...

  - ProDOS 8, on Nathan  Mates // pages he mentions someone
    who distributes it for a small fee,  but his pages are 
    unaccessable at the moment and i can't find it in 
    the faqs.

  - anything on a SuperSerial card. The machine i found
    has one in it...

any help would be greatly appreciated
