To keep it relavent to the group, let's assume you're trying to connect
it to an _Apple_ composite monitor. :]

Least elegant way (but it works) is to find a broken but semi-working
VCR and use it as an RF demodulator. :)  Once again, Goodwill/garage
sales are a good source.
