Try an S-Video cable. S-Video uses the same Mini-Din-4 connector as
ADB. I'm not sure whether all four signal wires are used, though. (ADB
on the IIgs only needs three, but all four are there anyway.)
As far as "real" ADB cables go, one option (though probably expensive)
would be to find a local Apple dealer and buy one as a replacement part.
No need to mention the Apple IIgs - just claim it is for use on a
Macintosh SE.
