Monitor fixed, thanks

I'd like to express my thanks to the people who supplied the
excellent suggestions and especially the one who posted the
monitor fix mini-FAQ (Rubywand?).

My AppleColor RGB was collapsing to a line on startup and
then having shaking, mirror images across the line as it
warmed up.  Following the suggestions, I opened the case and
resoldered the contacts to the high voltage module.  At first,
it didn't seem to work, but now it works fine.
