I suppose the books must be updated versions from Apple II (without Plus).

I found someone unboxing an Apple II Plus, but unfortunately the books
are stacked and it says some books weren't part of the package.

I found all the books you mentioned as pdf-files except Applesoft
Tutorial (I only found the Errata for it). Does anyone know where I can
find the book "Applesoft Tutorial" as pdf-file?
