Several. You can do a plain serial connection, or if you like work
and have an excess of $$$, you can do Ethernet of Appletalk. There's
also Cross-Works, which only xfers AppleWorks stuff.

That'd be awfully slow, unless you required accelerated (CPU & serial
port) //s and 16550 UARTS on the PCs. You may get 57600bps out of a
stock IIgs's serial port. That's only about 7K bytes a second. I
suppose there's always compression...

The Ethernet thing already works, but it is quite hard to set up and
it takes a large peripheral (a Mac) to get it to go. The Appletalk
thing requires a rare Appletalk card for the PC, or that
aforementioned large peripheral ;)
